M'pressed Cleaners

These people are completely unprofessional, top to bottom. They ruined a new pair of my pants. They shrunk them, probably because they washed them in hot water, when they were only to dry clean them. In an attempt to cover up, they took out the cuff in the bottom of the pants. When I received the pants back from them, they did not fit. When I brought the issue up with them, they became extremely defensive and said there was no way they could have done that. They came up with a myriad of excuses, none of which validated why the pants went in fitting and came out not. They had me leave the pants with them to investigate further. They never got back to me. A week later, I called to ask them what they had found out, and they refused to provide any compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was the pants replaced. I stated that if I did not receive compensation for the pants, I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. One of the store managers, his name was Dodger or something, claimed if I filed a complaint, he was going to slander my name publicly (which he's probably ignorant of the fact that would be a sueable offense). The two store managers (Jennifer and Dodger) are completely unprofessional and rude. I also know of a commercial account they service who told me that Dodger was rude and unprofessional to them when picking up laundry at their place of business. They were also completely displeased with their work.
