The Year is 2009. The Country is in a major economic bailout era. "Just Wait" the people are told. "Just Wait, We're going to be fine." Congress has helped President Obama to bailout the American people. Hold It Right There! Who exactly is getting bailed out in the Stimulus Plan? Who is going to receive the Stimulus Check? Oh, That's right, the stimulus that is supposed to help ease the recession, the 700 billion plus that was meant to bail out the American public, has gone to AIG, Bank of America, and we mustn't forget the money that went to bail out Citi. Yet the hard working people in America who had some late payments in the past have to ask themselves how long will this stay on my credit report, and how long will that stay on my credit report. Then we here that forbidden word, "Bankruptcy". Should I file, or when should I file for bankruptcy? Will it help me? How long does a bankruptcy take, how much does a bankruptcy cost, how long wills a bankruptcy stay on my credit report? The fact is, that America and its work force need credit to exist. Whether the credit is used by a bank to lend a consumer money for a house, or you are ready to start your new career ( Yes, companies now run credit reports if you are applying for a job ) Are you ready to purchase the car of your dreams? Don't forget you will need insurance for that new car (Yes, insurance companies run credit reports as well).
