Monarch Roofing

I called on Monarch for an entire roof replacement on a home I had recently purchased. Initially the home was still in Escrow -- I needed to know what I was getting myself into $$$-wise. Out of several other big name roofing companies in the valley, I was most pleased with the Monarch estimate. My schedule was somewhat of a moving target and Monarch was flexible to my needs. David was quick to respond via Phone and e-mail for questions I had before, during and after the work was completed. They had a hard working team of 3 or 4 guys show up and they completed the roof on my house (single story 2500 sq ft, asphalt shingles) in about 5 days. They cleaned up the debris and the roof looks great. David worked with me on some of the lumber replacement costs that went over the original estimate and in the end I was very pleased with their work.

We just had our roof redone and couldn't be more pleased from the quote to the final product. Dave the owner said they would have the supplies delivered on Tuesday and they were here, Wednesday they came and took off a composite roof of sand, stone and tar. Fixed all the facia boards, pulled off the damaged sheeting and it was bad! Before they left that day the sheeting had been replaced and the felt was down over the whole roof. The first day they started around 7:30 a.m. then Thursday they were out front at 6:30 after working until 6:30 p.m. the night before. By 3:30 in the afternoon the roof was done everything cleaned up like Dave said it would be. We went from one of the ugliest roofs on the block to the nicest. We couldn't be more pleased they were reliable and extremely honest. We had 9 other roofers give us estimates and found Monarch to be the best I'd recommend them without hesitation.

I am 100% satisfied with the work done by Monarch Roofing System. From start to finish is was a wonderful experience. David (owner) took time to explain in detail every step on the process and suggested ways to increase the life of my roof. I could not be more pleased, this is one honest and reliable company. You can pay more but you will not get better work. Truly I would rate this company A #1 in all areas. One Very Satisfied Customer.
