Miles & Sons Towing

We had a very serious accident on Highway 8 just outside Steelville June 15, 2015. Both our truck and camper were totaled. Miles and Sons showed up right away and got both vehicles taken away. Mr Miles, the owner, had his lovely wife drive us to Cuba, MO so we could rent a U-Haul truck to put our possessions in and she stayed with us until we were taken care of. We got out things from both the truck and trailer along with the help of that family. They treated us like family! Thank you for all your care and concern. You were wonderful!

These people saved us. They did everything they could to go out of their way to help us when we broke down. Thank you for everything. You guys are amazing.

We were recently traveling between Cuba and Rolla when we lost a tire. It was cold and rainy, and we were in an unfamiliar area. We called the Highway Patrol (*55) and they gave us the Miles and Sons Towing. Jeremy came out to load us up and get us to a hotel. We had a Ford F250 with our 2 labs crated in the back pulling a trailer that was loaded down with equipment, a motorcycle, and other items. Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. He towed us to the hotel helped us unload our dogs from the top of his flat bed tow truck, and then stored our truck inside his shop so that our belongings would be secure. He also gave us time to look through our things to find what we would need for an overnight stay.



Since it was late on a Saturday evening, we thought we would be stranded for a few days. However, the next day (which was a Sunday) he called in one of his mechanics for us to fix the problem (rotor replacing and extra spare tire and wheel, lugs, etc.). We were back on the road by 12:30 that day.



We had absolutely exceptional service from this company, and the price for the tow (from the highway to their shop about 7 miles), parts and labor was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing emergency help in the Cuba, MO area. Our tow truck operator, Jeremy, was very friendly and considerate of us and our needs.
