        The hour session will consist upon the results of the intake and the assessment of soft tissue.The Treatment session can be a mixture of Swedish massage,deep tissue, Myofascial release,Trigger point therapy,Reflexology, Shiatsu and Reiki.

        L.M.T and National Certified (NCBTMB) also a licensed Aesthetician and a Reiki practitioner. Currently studying the Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Allow the first visit to be 1:25 minutes( 25m free) to fill an intake and have an assessment of soft tissue condition to evaluate the tissue to decided which kind of massage treatment is meaningful, determine the degree of Injury, to develop a treatment plan and to decided on an appropriate referral if you need one.
