Mid State Construction-Roofing

I hate to even give this business one star. We had a horrible experience. I checked them out thru reviews (which I now believe to be fake) an tried to make sure I had a reputable company. I got far from that. After entering into an agreement we paid a percentage down. After that it went straight downhill. We called NUMEROUS times and was put off continuously from our point man, John Conitious. One excuse after another. He did finally drop off a partial list of supplies in our driveway. We could never get them to come back and roof. I finally submitted a complaint through BBB with a request of receipts and the difference being given back to us. We still have not gotten our money back on the difference. We found Robinson Properties (thank God). If you want a reputable company, call them. Our roof was on in almost one day with just a little done the next. It looks great. The owner was onsite 3 times to make sure all went smoothly. Now that is a good company to deal with.

The staff at Mid-State was very professional and helpful and took time to answer any questions I had. They worked directly with my insurance company to approve the repairs needed to fix my roof and all of the inside damage. They were on time and took care of all of my repairs quickly, I definitely recommend them and will use them for any future repairs.

I had Mid-State install a new roof on my house, They did a outstanding job !!
