Michael's Irrigation and Landscaping

This company will not show up as promised, I called him to go fix an issue on a customers sprinkler, he talked a good game and promised to call him. Two weeks later still no call, I call Mike back to ask why he didnt call, he said "he forgot" and would call my customer immediately, which he did and told my customer he would be there in an hour, 2 more weeks later (9/26/13) still NO CALL. My customer waited all afternoon on his call, when I called Mike this morning to let him know if we did business like he does we would not have any Business at all, his response was to hang up. We are a foundation repair company and you can bet we will never call Mike again. He needs to take a course in Business Management or something.
