Math Doctor The

This person presents himself as being a doctor. Does he have a doctorate in mathematics? Has anyone ever checked his diploma and whether it is legitimate? He doesn't seem intelligent enough to have a doctorate in mathematics. Also he is always either late or a no-show for scheduled lessons.
