        Overall

        Rude. Was given a estimated arrival time of between 7:30 and 8:30am. I was home at 8:30, called and was told they were there at 8:15 and didn't have time to sit around and wait on me all day. Then was told I would be charged an additional $45 missed appointment fee on their next visit. Ha, no thanks. Your "too busy" plumber will not be working at my home.
