Don't bother. You're better off ordering your part online. I've been repairing appliances and dealing with appliance parts distributors for 25 years in three different states and I've never seen such incompetence. Instead of spending their money on a huge flat screen TV behind the parts counter so I can watch "The View," Marcone would benefit from hiring a counterman who actually knows something about appliance parts. I've never left an appliance parts distributor so frustrated. I would rather tell my customer that the part will take a couple of days to get in than to to ever deal with these incompetents again.
