Lowcountry RV Service

I would not use company ever again. I was informed of bad experiences from other people, but decided I'd give them a try anyway. My advice to anyone calling these people is too establish a service call charge prior to agreeing to have them come. I called them because of hot water not flowing through my rv. I had tried leaving the lines open to see if there was air in the lines, but this didn't seem to clear the problem. When lowcountry showed up, I opened my hot water faucet to show them the problem and of course after a couple seconds the line sputted out air and was flowing fine. After this the person proceeded to remove something from my hot water heater, didn't replace it with a new part, stated I didn't need it anyway, and left giving me a $190.00 bill.
My hot water is still working, but who knows for how long.
They were here for approximately 20 minutes. It's always been my experience that service calls are a flat hourly rate, but nearly 200.00 an hour!
And to remove something from somebody's property and not replace it?
Their business card states "certified RV technician". I'm not sure what this means,, but the person showing up for my call didn't know where my water heater was and didn't know where to find my outside shower.
