I have used Locksmith & Lock Store several times and, like their service so much that I created an account just so i could review them. Their prices are very reasonable, and John goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. He is highly skilled and personable, a great combination! I will not use anyone else for my locksmithing needs, Locksmith & Lock Store is the company to use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Locksmith & Lock Store , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Locksmith & Lock Store.

I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I called Locksmith & Lock Store after reading good reviews and by all means, they quoted me a set price and told me the driver would show up within 40 minutes. Sure enough they showed up (okay 45 minutes) and I got in to my place in 10 minutes. Will Definitely recommend.

Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away.



Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership.



He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient.

Great, professional service by Locksmith & Lock Store ! My deadbolt was loose and my keys kept getting stuck in the lock. Locksmith & Lock Store quickly coordinated a time for the service call on my schedule. The locksmith showed up right on time and the lock replacement took only 15 minutes. Everyone I spoke with my polite and professional. They came prepared and got the job done right. I'm very happy with their work, and would use them again.

Five stars. I moved from one part of San Jose, CA to another called these guys early Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out to me within 3 hours (I think his name was Mike - nice, professional guy). I needed to rekey some door locks and it was done quickly and for a fair price.
