Great service. I worked out all the details out via text and they showed up on time. Rate was reasonable just know there is a minimum square foot charge for carpets. Also did the couch and it looks brand new.

Best carpet, floor, upholstery cleaner in the valley, hands down. I have been using Eric (he's the owner) at Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance to clean our carpets, couches and travertine floors every October, for 5 years now. Yesterday, my 16 month old daughter spilled a container of bright pink colored loose powder eyeshadow on my carpet. I called Eric and they came out today, spent nearly an hour cleaning not only the spot that needed attention, but the entire room (a large media room), our entire upstairs hallway and ALL of our stairs. He charged me: NOTHING. I asked if I could pay him, give them lunch money, something, anything...he wouldn't take it. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job, they're efficient, they clear furniture out of rooms to get the maximum amount of every surface cleaned, they are just all around fantastic. For anyone looking to use a reputable floor and carpet cleaner, who is A+ BBB rated, has employees who have been with him for a decade, call Eric.

Look no further! Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance is the only company to ever call! I have a natural brick floor in my kitchen that was so dirty the grout was literally black. After Eric, the owner, and his crew were done the floor looks like it did when it was first installed over 20 years ago. I'm absolutely speechless. It's just unbelievable what a fabulous job they did. Eric throughly explained exactly the steps needed to clean my floor, which due to the sensitive nature of the brick had to be done by hand brick by brick or else the red from the brick would bleed into the grout and there would be no way of getting it out. I know if I went with anyone else my floor would be ruined. He's honest, fair and knows his stuff. Thank You, Eric for the most amazing job well done. Wonderful job on my tile and grout! Eric (the owner), came out and gave me an estimate. He gave me a fair price. I told him that I needed it done this week . He said he would be here with his crew and we scheduled the job. He came out and completed the work, said he would be here and was a man to his word. I was impressed with what he said, which was "You are not going to find a company that has been in business for over 40 years, where the owner is here with his crew to complete the job". Amazing! Incredible! Extraordinary! The best carpet cleaning I've seen in two decades! I had these stains on my carpet for so long that I'd grown to accept that fact that they were going to be there permanently. Eric is a great man! I hired a different company to come out and clean my spanish tiles and felt that they did a bad job because there was a white residue all over my kitchen floor after it dried. I was so scared that they had ruined my floors. They said they would charge me an extra $150 to come out in two days and mop up the residue with a special solution. For some reason I just didn't believe them. I did some research and found Leo' Holland. I saw that they had a great review from Angie's list so I gave them a call. Eric talked to me, explained why the residue appeared and gave me a simple solution to do myself. He took a few minutes out of his sunday to talk to me over the phone and he didn't charge me or try to convince me to purchase a service from him. Really a great guy. Helped me out a lot! If you are trying to decided who to have come to your home STOP RIGHT HERE---DON'T THINK ABOUT IT JUST CALL Eric!! Four months ago we purchased a house and needed to have the tile and carpet cleaned before we moved in. I looked online for companies in our area. Leo's Holland Floor Maintenance was one of the 3 names we were going to call for an estimate. I reviewed their website and noticed the area for reviews. I read every review carefully and believed that this company truly must have high work standards and excellent customer service skills or else why would so many customers take the time to write a review. I can testify that all the reviews as well as mine are the truth. If you want the whole package (quality work, customer service, and be able to refer) this is the company. This day and time, who knows an owner of the company to come out to each job site and call to confirm the times they will be at your home? We will be calling Eric in the future--no doubt about that!!!!!
