I am on day 20 to receive my can

I paid for service a little over 2 1/2 weeks ago and still HAVE NOT received my can. I called last week to let them know my trash was accumeulsting and w

as told to put it on the ground where pest would have a feast .teally..this is ridiculous I have 23 bags of trash in my storage building because Legacy states 10-!5 days before a can is delivered. I call BS and calling them now and I will get my can today or a full refund.

they are absolutely horrible! you get bad service and over charged. they wont pick up every week and they loose customer details so you have to go through a long list of things before you can pay your bill
