I ordered and payed for through Paypal on 3/11/12 2 weaving shuttles. I have yet to receive them. I received an email from the company at the end of March saying that they didn't have the shuttles in the wood I ordered so they would send them in another wood plus and extra shuttle and some other extra weaving supplies for my inconvenience. I was satisfied with this. Since then I have not received nor heard anything. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered. Obviously this is a bad business. I had checked recommendations before I ordered and they were excellent. Do not order from this company.

I ordered canvases on April 4.... Paid through paypal immediately, they were highly recommended to me... 22 days later, i have emailed, called and used their online form to request help, but no one has returned any emails or calls, the only confirmation I recieved was from Paypal. I have had to file a complaint with paypal to try to get a refund. I am very disappointed, my friend recieved her canvases, but apparently since her order this guy has totally abandoned his business. Checked today and the website was gone. i would have been happy to wait if i had even one returned call or email. Stay away from this business!

I placed an order which was processed 4/05/2012 and it has never been shipped. The company refuses to answer email from me, or return phone calls I have made leaving several messages requesting information regarding my order. Pay Pal and my bank confirm that the company, Leecraft ,received my money in full including shipping charges. I still have no communication from the merchandiser and no product.... Very suspicious activity for an internet supplier in my opinion.

I bought some canvases from them and I emailed the company, waited for responds about some other sizes that were not listed but I never got a responds. I payed for the canvases on Tuesday, Ups dropped them off Thursday which was really quick because I live 3 days away. Come to find out that I emailed the wrong person, I entered the email address wrong but when I did email them, I got a responds in about 20 minutes. I'm buying more canvases in about 2 days. I love their canvases! Best buying experience or me in the last 8 years! Highly recommended.
