A necessity for Mac owners! When my old Mac crashed, the best thing that came out of the calamity was that I met Rick Slone and started using Learning Experience for technical support. I only wish that I had met him sooner! Rick has always gone above and beyond the call of duty whenever I've come to him for tech support. If anyone has ever encountered frustration with computer services *cough* Mac store *cough* Learning Experiences represents the opposite of that. In Richard Slone one will find a rare combination of both deep technical knowledge AND a superb service ethic. He knows how to communicate about computer issues whatever your level of understanding is. If you are purchasing a new Mac, or need reliable high end support with one, Rick Slone is the guy to see.

Rick Slone has been trusted with my computer purchases, repairs and that of my two children's, for over 16 years because of his great customer service, and because he knows Macs. He not only stands behind what he sells for the life of the product, he also honestly and clearly evaluates your user needs and gives you the right item or service for your unique computer experiences. He is equally talented with helping the newbie as well as those who lean towards the level of computer geek. A million times better than the whole apple store full of geniuses.

The reason that Rick Slone, and only Rick, has been servicing my Macs for 22 years is that he has given top quality professional care to each successive computer. He offers advice, but leaves the decisions to the customer. If I have a problem or a question while working at home, I feel confident that I can get quick, expert telephone support . Every computer I buy and every system update will be from Learning Experiences.

I have been using Learning Experiences for all my Apple computer needs for over 10 years. Rick has a thorough understanding of the products and of my needs and always recommends accordingly. I love that I can call on Rick for solutions to the simple things without having to spend my entire day on the phone with customer service. It's like having my own personal IT department! Highly recommend!

Rick Slone IS Learning Experiences. He knows Apple computers and he knows his business! I have been a happy and satisfied customer of Learning Experiences for over 10 years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else to purchase an Apple computer or to have it serviced.
Any question about Apple computers, Mr. Slone knows the answer. And if he doesn't he knows how to find it out. He always gives customers the best system configuration and deal to fit the situation, and does not try to sell you something you don't need or want. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and always gets back to you in a timely manner.
You can't find a better Apple service and sales establishment in this area!
