        Our water heater died suddenly. Lawrence was the only plumber who took my call and had time to come out and install a new one. Others either were too busy or didn't even bother to return my calls. And the price, compared to a replacement we paid for on a rental we own, was very reasonable. I'll be calling him again if we need a plumber.
