        Overall

        Very polite owner when trying to earn your business. After job is complete very different story. Will lead you on to keep you from getting other businesses in area to accomplish other work. When you repeatedlly inquire he then calls saying he never agreed to anything. Very unprofessional and threatening when customer trying to resolve agreements made.
