Lajiness Septic Tank Services

I called grodi (name changed to Lajiness)at 8:30 this morning and his wife Lisa answered and said she would call right back because he had another job nearby me. She called back in less then 10 minutes and craig the owner and his guy mike arrived around 10:30 am. We went over a few potty humor jokes and they got right to pumping. Thoroughly explained everything as he worked. When it was all pumped out i asked him if he knew the cost and he said $220.00. Then had me turn on the water to clean the tank which other companies would consider a cleaning the tank extra charge, i had to stop him to tell him it was good enough cause he was getting every last bit of sludge. When he was finished i had paid $250.00 because he did such a good job. A true family business. Good down home guys n gals and I felt comfortable having them on my property. Also other companies i called wanted $400 to $800 and gave me a date of 3+ weeks out then informed me it would be extra on top for emergency service. Thanks again craig your service was the best!

Craig and Craig Jr. showed up even though they had other jobs that day. He spent over two hours with us, showed us the problem and because there were some dynamics that were unanswered as to how to proceed, he said "Don't worry about the money today, lets see how all the parameters line up for your buying of the house and get back with me". I mean I was ready to pay him that day as he properly tested the tank, made sure the leech field would accept water, showed me all the camera shots inside the tank. Even though it turns out it needs replaced, he has the EXPERIENCE to know how to help a home owner proceed. You can be confident in this man and his son.

Grodi's got the job done quick and the driver was very courteous. The rates are good!
