Kodiak Island Taxi

Took a Kodiak Island Cab from Airport to apartment 10/2/16 around 1030pm. Can I say no tip!!!!
Let's see, I pretty much loaded my own bags. The taxi was smelly of recent cigarette smoke and me having breathing problems. It was slightly sprinkling. Let see, cab door doesn't open from inside so instead of doing the gentleman thing and opening the door, he lowers the window and tells me to reach out and open from outside. I unloaded my own bags and the fare was $28. 85. Gave the ass $40 and told him I wanted all change back. No point in telling him why he didn't get a tip. Wish I gotten this guys name so that I could request NEVER to ride in his cab again.
