DO NOT choose this cab service!!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment with an advanced notice of 1 hour. When it was 30 minutes past the time they were scheduleded t to arrive to pick us up I called them back and was informed that they had never put the request into the computer system. They then reassured me that a taxi would be at our house within 15 min and if they had not arrived to call back. 30 minutes later I called them to inform them that a taxi had still not arrived. And was told that they had not dispatched anybody. I requested to speak with the manager who very rudely preceded to tell me that they only will pick you up if they have someone in your exact area at the time of your call and that it is not their responsibility to inform the client that a taxi will never arrive. Therefore we waited for a taxi who never intended to pick us up.
