Never ever call these people for anything. The father and the son are scam artists. i called the father who speaks very little english came to fix my tv which was turning off. he came to the house, we offred him coffee and pastry as he was working and said he fixed the issue. the following day the tv started turning off every 1o minutes so i called him and after about a 1000 phone calls and finally he came with his son and started talking in korean and decided to take the tv to do further research. So like an idiot i agreed and have since yet been able to contact them for them to bring me back my tv. I keep getting excuses from them as i call from another phone and catch them off guard to answer and they keep stating i promise i won't keep you waiting, were sorry and again never show up or call back like they say they do. His son's business which is called Parks TV and Theatre is also a scam. Do not get caught with these people. I am telling you, you will never see your tv or they will never fix your tv. I am now in the process of calling the police and filing a report for grand theft since the tv i paid costed me a little over $3500. Again, stay away from these guys, they are con-artists.

BEWARE!!! PARKS TV and HOME THEATRE and KIM'S TV REPAIR are one and the same. They are totally incompetent and a fraud. They are located in Glendale and travel around the Southland using differant phone numbers to make you believe they are local to your area. Check with the Better Business and you'll see they have multipal complaints against them YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

THIS COMPANY, AKA PARK'S TV REPAIR AND HOME THEATER, IS JUST A PACK OF LOW LIFE CROOKS. CHECK WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU - THEY HAVE 41 COMPLAINTS UNADDRESSED AND A "F" RATING, THE BBB'S LOWEST. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
