Johnny’s has been our go-to tow company for many years for heavy truck recovery. They are the best price around and we have never had an issue with the service. Always friendly and helpful.

Where do I begin with explaining how horrible this entire organization is?
Advertise $65 tow, even quote that over the phone. They said they owned a shop that could fix my blown head gasket so I believed them.
Well I get the truck back 3 weeks later and they charged me over $200 for the tow and and $3000 for the repair. They also didnt tell me till afterwards that they were charging me a fee of $7 for every $100 for using a credit card!
On my way home, it overheats. Why you ask? Because they didn't put a clamp on the hose to the waterpump, which in turn almost blew another head gasket. When I brought it back to complain about the missing parts and what not, I was threatened by the no good two-bit hack of a mechanic!
I pulled over at at Pep Boys where they found that the PCV Valve and hose were not there! So these people WAY OVERCHARGED for shotty work while scamming people on a regular basis for tows. You can check Fox 32 News for the Special report done on this company!
Oh and I brought the itemized bill to 3 other mechanics who all quoted me between $1600 - $1800. That is HALF of what these scam artists charged me!
Shame on you! Screwing over a hard working single father! SHAME ON YOU!

This company is a fraud!!!!!!!!
Someone should do something about it!!! Their prices over the phone are nice but not when you look at the finalized bill they make you sign which says NOT REFUNDABLE!!!!
I was told its going to coast me $65 for the hook up of my car and $3 per mile which i needed the car towed for 9 miles to my destination to me it looked like an awesome deal so I agreed the total came out to be $92 in my calculations. It took him over an hr to get to me waiting accompanied by a police car because my car just stopped in the middle of the street. The guy was nice when towing my car but when he handed me the bill he charged me $365 !!!!!!!!
That's ridiculous how can you charge other then what you said it will be !!!! what I was charged was TOW SERVICE $195, EXTRA CONVENIENCE FEE $25, FOR THE MILE THEY CHARGED $45, IN ROUTE MILEAGE $100. that's the first time i came across someone charging in route mileage.
THEY ARE A FRAUD DON'T LET THEIR OVER THE PHONE PRICED FOOL YOU , I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB, I HAVE TO GIVE 1 START TO THEM BUT I HAVE TO MENTION IS THEIR WOULD BE AN OPTION TO GIVE THEM NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD

If 0 out of 5 stars was an option, i would pick it. WORST service and BIGGEST scam I ever experienced. I was quoted $125 to have them pull me out of the ditch, possibly more if it was a difficult job. My car is a small light coupe that was stuck in less than 1 inch of snow on the side of the road on a decline. When they pulled me out, charged me $300 and would not return my car until i payed. They said the extra charge was not because it was a difficult job, but because they had to rent a truck to pull me out. WHAT KIND OF TOWING COMPANY NEEDS TO RENT A TRUCK, and why is that an expense I have to pay for them, that is their job.

I spent several days trying to contact them to dispute the charges, during which time I have been rudely dismissed, always sent to talk to the next guy, hung up on, sent to voice mail, told I would be called back only to never hear back. They are rude and very sly, and will not work with you. No customer service available, should have stuck with the company the police recommended that charges a flat $164 fee, which would have been cheaper in the end, tow truck would have come for me quicker, and gotten the job done better.

What a scam! Hope someone really exposes them for their shady practices.

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!! They are going to charge you per mile to come to you and not let someone know!!!! NORMALLY THE CHARGE IS FROM YOUR CAR TO THE FACILITY THE CAR IS GOING TO!!!!!!!!! That is why their hook up fee is $20 cheaper than most tow companys!!!!! Because in the end YOUR STILL GOING TO PAY MORE WITH THEM!!! AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL EVERYONE KNOWS!!!!!!! I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM A STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This business does not even deserve 1 star. they are the worst. NEVER give them your business. they are the most impolite people i have ever interacted with. High priced, clearly all about the money.

If I could give them negative stars I would. By far the worst experience i ever had to endure with any tow-truck company. They actually acted as if they did not want my business. I called Jonnys at 5am. and was told i would only have to wait 30min. Long story short its 9am. and I'm still waiting. In addition to waiting so long for service, when i called back to ask when can i expect a driver, i was rudely told to find another company they have been too backed up to get too my truck. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND THE SCUM OF TOW-TRUCK BUSINESSES!!!!!!!

This tow company will take advantage of you and your family! He overcharged and when my wife disputed the charges of what was quoted he threatened to take her car!!. He charged her mileage to come to her location. Then charged her $165 instead of $ 65 advertised quote. When I tried to talk with owner he was an arrogant and very rude. DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!
