        Overall

        Honest and hard working. I'm sure most plumbers are probably hard-working. I'm sure they're put in situations most of us wouldn't like to be but I watched Andrew work tirelessly for hours over 2 days in a pretty gross situation. He had to work outside too and it was cold. In th end, it looked like it was going to cost a lot more money but he figured out a way to reduce the cost.
