        After starting our company in 2004, we were doing remodels in the Upstate of SC for several years, focusing on LEED certified buildings. We then began building spec homes in 2008 with our most custom design being the White Oak Project featured on this site. In 2008 we began working with Serrus Capitol Partners in Greenville, SC where we remodeled foreclosure homes across the area to include more modern and innovative designs. In 2010, Maquet hired us to install their hospital equipment and we are still the only installers for the Northeast and Southeast Regions. Our latest partnership is with 9 Lowe's Home Improvement Stores in North and South Carolina where we do all the bath and kitchen remodel jobs.
