Hired Dodd to fixed broken water pipe 2 years ago. Have had nothing but issues ever since. Some of the original work still has not been completed after numerous calls. Now we have another pipe issue and it seems to be related to his shoddy work. Do not hire this company.

Lady was very rude and spoke "down" to me because I live in an older home. Promised service the next day, but I didn't contact me. I ended up calling her and she told me that it would be days before someone could come out.

Called about Hot water heater. He came out 3 times without fixing it. The third time he came, he placed a cap on the pressure relief valve and the pressure built up and within 15 minutes of him doing that we had a busted pipe from my house to the main water meter. We called him back. He came back out, took the cap off of the water heater and then claimed the pipe was not his problem. He never fixed the water heater and refused to fix the pipe. We stayed a week with no running water to our home, until we had to pay someone else to fix it. This issue will be taken to court. DO NOT USE THIS GUY'S SERVICE, unless you want to acquire additional problems!!!!!!! If I could give no stars, I would.
