Very unprofessional. I was better off not auctioning of my materials and supplies than hiring Jay sugarman auction. They completely embarrassed me. They were late, rude and completely unprofessional. Clients that came to bid were ignored and when they asked questions where basically told F*ck you in so many words and a lot left my store before the auction began. I have had to send so many apologies to not lose my credibility in the area because of these pricks. Don’t hire them.
