J J Bounce House

We just attended a school carnival today. The bounce house company also rents a Thomas the Train ride. My husband put my son on the train and told the driver to wait a moment. Not only didn't the driver wait, he started driving the train without checking that my 3 year old son was buckled in (he wasn't yet) or that an adult was with him (my husband hadn't sat down yet). We yelled to stop the train as my son was being bounced around. The driver finally stopped and didn't even apologize.Worse yet, when I found the owner and explained the situation, he didn't apologize or even feel bad about the situation. He didn't care. He told me that they are only responsible for making sure kids get on and off the train. They don't check the seat belts. On a kids' train?? He said an adult should have been with my son. Exactly, we tried, but the train took off first.Be aware before you let your child on their train- we're thankful nothing serious happened to our son.
