For Ghina Itani, designing is more than concepts and details, it’s an art form that expresses her talent and represents the artistic nature of her clients. As the owner/principal designer of Itani Design Concepts (IDC), Ghina works closely with her clients, the projects’ architects, builders and engineers from the inception of a project to completion, and often becomes an integral part of the ongoing space evolution. Her specialty is Healthcare Interior Design, as evident in her most gorgeous and established hospital and medical office building spaces. Her talents in this field led her to acquiring credentials by the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID). She also completed her credentials by obtaining the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) certification. Ghina’s work with healthcare professionals showed her the value of “best practice” and “evidence-based” principles, which also led her to obtain the Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC).
