Based on client needs and subject matter, Inter-Lingua utilizes a wide range of associates whose backgrounds and experience meet these unique needs. Although specializing in Spanish language translations in a wide-range of disciplines, the company collaborates with a select group of highly qualified translators who have provided consistently excellent work over the years, in languages other than Spanish. Note: we do not use computer translations or translation software.bTranslation Process /bAll translation work is done in-house for consistency purposes, as well as to protect the confidentiality of the material being translated. Translations are done by one of our specialized translators. Once finished, a team of translators compares the document to the original for accuracy purposes, and to assure that no text or section is missing. Then the document is spell-checked in the target language, and finally a native language translator reads the translation to assure its accuracy and comprehension in the target language.On large documents and specialized text, the process includes compilation of specialized glossaries of terminology of the subject matter.bOur code of professional conduct and confidentiality/bRegarding the relationship with all our clients, we act as independent contractors and adhere to a code of professional conduct and business practices. We also are happy to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement when our clients request that we do so.
