Inflatable Adventures

We operate our business within the rules and guidelines of the State Dept. of Labor, which states that you shall not operate or allow to operate an inflatable ride in the rain or unfavorable weather. We consider our customer's safety first and will not allow our equipment out in the rain due to hazardous risks beyond our control. Safety is and will always be our #1 priority. Another company policy of ours is to notify you the day before unfavorable weather is predicted to allow you the opportunity to make alternate plans, rather than cancelling on you right before your event. Although, I apologize you were dissatisfied with our service, and hope you can understand our reasoning behind our policies. We rented a water slide for our sons 6th birthday and it was a HUGE hit! We shopped around and for an 8 hour rental they were $100 less than others we looked at for the same type of inflatable. Excellent service and product. We will definitely be calling again in the future.
