I hired Jill to serve a business owner and provided her the business address. She subserved the woman at what I thought was her residence (which I could not confirm). Jill filled out the proof of service. My court date came, and the other party didn't show up. Apparently, the woman that I needed to have served didn't recieve notice until much after the court date and the address that Jill had apparently served subserved her at was not her residence. She filed a motion to have the judgement canceled and I had to take another day off from work to go back to court. What a waste of time and $45!

I had contacted Jill letting her know that the address and info she had filled out was not the business' address I supplied. She clearly did not serve the correct people and it was a huge embarressment when I was in court.

Jill and her team were very professional and were able to get my small claim served. I was very pleased with the outcome as the person to be served didn't return home until late at night. Jill at Gotcha Now Process Serving was very professional, and VERY fast. I spoke to her on a Tuesday night with the expectation that the documents would be served later in the week. She then called me on Wednesday and stated she was in town and could serve the documents that day. Very impressive, thanks Jill.

The person they were tasked with serving was in deep hiding, because he was being chased by many different process servers. Jill and her team found him in under 1 week and got him served which met my court timeframe. Highly impressed!!

The owner, Jill Castillo, was very helpful. She called with status updates. We were e-mailed the same day Defendant was served, and received the POS shortly thereafter. Definitely recommend, especially because another process service company was not able to serve the Defendant previously, and somehow, Gotcha Now, did it!

I was very impressed with the professional manner in which Gotcha Now quickly and effectively served my client's husband with a Summons and Complaint. This guy had been ducking service and was hiding in L.A., Orlando, Dallas and even China.
