GoodCents Pest Control

Our apartment has mandatory pest control twice a year. We have lived there almost 10 weeks and are required to submit to a FOURTH mandatory pest control spray this coming up week. The problem apartment is not directly connected to mine, but 4 times in 10 weeks?? Why isn't this problem under control??? I feel as though the spray isn't being done thoroughly. The first 3 sprays were done in the first 6 weeks, yet the pests are not eradicated?
