kirk is my go to person for my computer! he has resolved many issues for me that I had with my PC. He is very pleasant person to desl with.

In an attempt to back up my computer and re-install windows, I crashed my laptop and also for some reason wasn't able to get my computer to read the system image I had just created. This immediately caused panic that I had just ruined and erased everything on my hard drive for no reason. I called Kirk and he was eager to fix my problem. He said his typical turn around time is 24hrs but that my case may take a bit longer. It ended up just taking 2 days, which is better than any of the other computer repair services in the area, including the big store repair centers. When I got my computer back I was THRILLED! He installed a superior version of windows on my computer and was able to get all of my information back on my computer! He also updated my Microsoft Office 2007 to 2010, and gave me new free anti virus software, along with a malware/spyware blocker. All of this WITHOUT ME ASKING! My computer has never been faster! And he made sure my computer was protected when I left. He was very nice and approachable, as well as professional. His prices are extremely reasonable. Kirk is his name... solving computer problems is his game....doing it so well he deserves fame! Kirk is cheerful and humorous while removing techno-frustrations from your life. Recently I bought a new 4 in 1 printer - 93 page instruction book. I read the instructions, thought I understood them, did most of the list in the right order, but then reached a total roadblock. When Kirk came and solved the problem - in short order - my business was back on track and the stress was gone.
