        Don't waste your time. Came to do a pump and inspection. Didn't show with pump truck. Failed inspection bc we had a permit for an upgrade bc of of business need 2 years prior and chose not to proceed. Used I to their advantage even though we chose not to move forward. SHADY PEOPLE. STAY AWAY.

        Don't let past bad experiences with septic companies compare with the folks at Forrest. After several septic nightmares with others I stumbled into Forrest and what a blessing. They call back! They talk straight forward, and do what they promise. The lady in the office "Tammy" took personal interest in my problem and worked far beyond what was expected to resolve it. These folks are the go to people for your septic troubles. I sincerely hope I never need another septic repair but if I do I will not hesitate to call Forrest. Great job guys! Jim Forbes Suffolk Va.
