FLAME Heating and Cooling

prepare for inflated prices, sneaky business practices, and questionable techs. had my furnace inspected in the spring as i paid to be a gold member for what i thought was one year. what flame doesn't tell you, but have in size 6 font on the contract, is you are automatically renewed for life unless you say otherwise. sneaky to say the least. when the tech inspected my furnace, he neglected to notice the loose motor mount bolt and shortly thereafter, the bolt came loose destroying the fan and breaking the motor. "not our fault, but we'd be glad to fix it" was their reply. had to buy a new furnace as their price to fix it was more than the cost of a new furnace. flame wasn't considered for that replacement.

This company seems like they are too big to offer good service. They claimed that they had the best equipment but a day before my appointment I saw their truck and it was old and not nice looking. Could only imagine what their guys would look like. I did more research and found a better company on YP.com.
