This company did not represent themselves in an honest manner. They were constantly late, lied to me about what they were using the insurance money for and were disrespectful to me in my own home. I strongly recommend that if you find yourself in a sitation where you need restoration services that you stick with a larger, more reputable company. The integrity of the leadership (COO) at this company is VERY questionable and I have heard from others in the industry that he has a bad reputation for being corrupt.
