Although it took a little while to get an appointment -- they were a bit short staffed, plus I know they do a lot of commercial work -- we were positively impressed with the service and service men's knowledge of our particular concerns.

I had called to reschedule an appointment, the lady that had taken the call was very rude and unprofessional. I was utterly shocked of the treatment and attitude of the personnel! To say the least, I cancelled the appointment and decided to go through Superior Plumbing instead where I received wonderful service at much cheaper rates.

We purchased a heat pump and ac unit less than two years ago (2010). They were very unprofessional! Had a man outside yelling, cursing throwing things. While I was at work and my wife and babies were home alone with what I expected to be professionals. The unit was priced and sold as brand new but came damaged, they would not deduct for that. The ducting was installed wrong blowing lots of insulation into my house/ living room. I have had problems with it ever since. It is currently not working! They only have one service man so we have been without a/c for almost a week. I thought i was saving money going thru this company. Once they have your money they will not even show you the slightest care. For what me and my family have been thru I beg you to think twice before you do business with this company!
