Had a great experience with these guys. Honest, fast, reasonably priced, they actually treat you like family, just like the name says. The repairman saved me literally several hundreds of dollars, explained what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. No hidden fees, no pushy sales like in big name companies. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied! I called, they got me an appt. an hour and a half later! They came early in the time slot, and were very friendly and professional. Diagnosis was quick, and low charge to come check it out!

I recently used the services of Family Appliance Repair and was impressed with their prompt and friendly service. My refrig stopped working in the middle of the night, and I called them very early the next day and told them of my emergency. They were at the house in a few hours, discovered the problem, and repaired it. They saved a freezer and refrigerator full of food, which would have been very costly to replace! I can t thank them enough! This is the 3rd time I ve used them over the last couple of years and I have always been impressed with their promptness, prices, and patience to explain the problems to me.

We would definitely recommend these guys for all your appliance problems! We had a problem with our double oven, and asked Family Appliance Repair guys' help. We were amazed how professional these guys are. First of all, the technician walked us through the troubleshooting in order to save us some money. When we realized that more likely we need to change a panel and a board, Family Appliance Repair completed the order and installation in the best possible manner and for very reasonable price.
