Extreme Tees

I ordered two shirts to be made. They told me they'd be done in one week. I stopped by one week later and they said it'd take another week because they were sending to someone else who could do it cheaper. When I finally received the product the images were too big and there was a stain on one of shirts. It was just a test run of their services so I took them and didn't complain. Once I got them home and after several uses I finally washed them. I turned them inside out and washed them in cold water and put in dryer one of the lightest settings. After they came out they were extremely faded as if they'd been washed over a dozen times. I've had shirts made with other companies in the past and washed them the same way and they've never faded that badly before. If there was a special way to wash them they should have instructed me to do so. Overall poor quality and poor customer service for not calling me and letting me know that the product would take an extra week to complete.

Order took a very long time to get (approx 2 months). After finally receiving the order, one of the children's names was misspelled on the back of all the shirts and another wasn't even on the shirt.
