Executive Care Landscape Management

The job was reviewed and walked through several times with the client. She paid ECL because at the time she was satisfied with the job. All water pressure was checked and the system fully functioning. We were very satisfied with the install. ECL attempted to resolve on several occasions any complaints or concerns of the client but was met only with refusals. Client demanded an amount of money without providing any proof of extra expenses. Client threatened to make it costly if ECL did not meet their demand. Client has posed as 3 different reviewers on various websites. Clients purpose is to defame and demand. We have an attorney to write up a counter suit for defamation and misrepresentation on public posts, and we are looking forward to meeting this past client in court, we are waiting to be served, by her.
