Our belief that a healthy spirit is essential to a healthy body led to the careful selection of wellness programs and education which provide a complementary strategy for maintaining or reestablishing the gift of health and vitality. These include LAUGHTER YOGA, HealthRHYTHMS GROUP EMPOWERMENT DRUMMING, REIKI THERAPY, MEDITATION, MINDFULNESS PRACTICE, EFT, IMAGERY THERAPY, BREATH WORK and much more. Everyday care of the mind, body and spirit provides the foundation for wellness of the physical as well as mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
