Euromarque Automotive Parts

This vendor is disreputable. Here's why:



I purchased a strut from Euromarque on eBay at the end of July 2014. As part of the listing, Euromarque promised a $50 core refund once I sent the old strut back To make a long story short, Euromarque refused to refund my $50, claiming that the strut manufacturer stopped offering the core refund in May of 2014. May! Only after filing a dispute with eBay did Euromarque refund the $50 core charge.



I also purchased a water pump from Euromarque directly over the phone ($79 for the pump and $15 shipping). Turned out the pump was not the correct part. I returned the pump, brand new and never installed, at my own expense, only to be shorted $15 on the refund. Never was it disclosed to me that there would be any fee whatsoever on a return.



Hopefully I can make other consumers aware of the bad business practices of this company.
