Energy Wise Window

Just terrible, I got so taken by this company. My windows slide down and allow cold air inside, and they have never LOCKED. I feel like I have two huge holes in my wall that are worthless. I get ill when I look at them for what they cost and all the time and the electric heating bill I get which has more than doubled. Cold frigid air poured in all winter because the windows slip down. They ruined my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very unreliable !!!!! Did some window work and was supposed to put on a new front door. Told me he would be by one night. I waited and waited. Called his office several times. No call back. Finally got him MONTHS later and asked why he never came back and he said he forgot. Told me he would call the following Friday and again didn't call. I would not recommend him to anyone.
