terrible people and love to over charge and screw people over

All the ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly

A few ago I rented a car from Eds. The car was fine but the employees were cocky and seemed since they disliked their jobs that we as customers should feel their wrath. Once it came to give me my security deposit they then deducted items like clean up fee a second collision fee??? Yup crooks of the county

Wife bought a car from this Common used car dealer ship nothing but problems from day one It will end up costing you way more than you agreed to pay Stay away

After 3 years of renting a bus for an annual event this year after I returned it with a full tank of gas they still charged me for additional fuel. I requested a refund and they refused to investigate the situation stating their employee would not make a mistake. So, after supporting a local business the past 3 years this relationship is now ended due to false fuel charges. We will rent from an alternate business next time.

I have gotten 6 vehicles off of Ed's USA. Each time it keeps getting better. Any problems that I might off had was my fault. They were the only one's that would give me a break when I was down and out and needed a vehicle. I would highly recommend them if you need help getting a vehicle.
