East Coast Appliance Repair

I have been using East Coast Appliance since relocating to the area nine years ago - never to be disappointed in their service. They are always on time, fix the problem without delay and are polite, kind and conscientious of my home, safety and belongings. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Have a three year old Sears Kenmoe Elite Refrigerator that stopped cooling. Called sears service they said they would not be able come until nine days later. Called East Coast told the owner my problem. He came the same day and repaired the refrigerator. Fast service, had the part on the truck, had my refrigerator repaired in an hour. Would highly recommend for any appliance repair.

I called for a washer repair. My machine is 2 months old and under warranty (whirlpool) I was told to call a repair service and they would reimburse me. This man said, "I'm not gonna jump through hoops to get paid" and said, "I'm sorry for your luck" He then hung up on me !! That is no way to treat an innocent customer. He was rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't want anyone coming to my home with that kind of "Attitude" Little did he know, I would have paid him myself and dealt with the company later !

The repairman came promptly; diagnosed correctly and fixed the problem with an older Frigidare freezer; his charges were reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

Our 10 month old washing machine broke. I called around the Eastern Shore of Maryland and wasn't able to find anyone that could come out in less than 10 days... until I talked to East Coast Appliance Repair. They were able to come the next day! The manufacturer had them replace three different parts until the machine was fixed- the repairman anticipated this and made sure that they would have the parts ready. He made sure it was completely fixed before leaving, and was polite and professional the entire time he worked. I would recommend them to anyone!
