Dry Crawl Spaces

Buyer Beware! We had the crawl space under our home encapsulated by Drycrawl Space. We spent several thousands of dollars on this service which we were told included a "guarantee". The dehumidifier stopped working after less than a year. The owner "Alec" took our machine for more than two months. When he finally returned with a "repaired" one it did not work. I called Alec eight times to ask for a different dehumidifier. He has never called me back. Do not waste your time and money with this shady company.
