Dr. Helen H O'Connor, DO

Absolute worst staff ever!!! Refused to re-submit to insurance and sent me to collections instead!!!

I have been in to see Dr. O'Connor once. I found her on a doctors rating page, in which she had great responses. My doctors appointment was great! I felt like she understood what was going on with me and started running tests immediately. It has been nothing but a hassle since the day I left her office. I have had to call on numerous occasions to get my results and to see where to go from there. Most recently I have now been waiting 3+ weeks to get my results from an EEG/EKG. I have called a few times and left voice mails but no one will return my call. When I ask to speak to someone about getting my results I get transferred to the nurses voice mail, and might I add she is less than pleasant to deal with. If I would have seen some of these reviews before picking her I would probably have chose a different doctor.

we have been seeing DrO for 20+ yrs,we had to change once due to insurance,but returned as soon as we could. Nothing but praise for this office, employees come and go these days ,but some of her staff have been with ever since I have been seeing her. They have personalities and you may not always mix well,but you will be taken care of.

While her staff has a tendency to be rude, it is worth it once you get past them. Her PA, Rachel Moore, is even better. Dr. O'Connor is an awesome doctor. She is caring. She listens to all my concerns. Takes her time. Explains everything. I would recommend her to any one looking for an excellent primary care physician.

I enjoy Dr O'Connor, she is a tell it like it is DO. HOWEVER her front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are abrupt and unfriendly. Wondering how they would feel if they were going to a doctor or any other professional and they experienced the treatmemt and service they are presenting. Humm I doubt they would be back.

I don't understand how the other reviews say the staff is professional and pleasant. The receptionist and the lady who checks you out have always been VERY RUDE & VERY CONDESCENDING. And it's not because they were having a bad day it's was every time I went in there for an appt. Don't have a problem with Dr. OConnor can be a little rushy but love love her PA Rachel and the nurses it's just her staff that has run me and my family off to a new dr. And will not recommend her to anyone else.

I've been her patient for many years and think I'm ready for a change. Her staff is rude, always seem rushed and stressed. Dr herself too busy.

Dr. O'Conner is a highly professional and competent physician. The staff is pleasant and courteous as well as efficient. I have been able to get an appointment within a short length of time which had become all but impossible at my previous doctor's office. Dr. O'Conner has taken time to listen to my concerns and issues and has never failed to provide appropriate care. Clearly, I will be a patient here as long as she will have me.

Dr. O'Connor is the best doctor in the world to me, she saved my life, she never gave up on me. When we couldnt find the answers she kept testing until we found the best way to treat me. If I need a specialist she always sends me to one of my choice and insurance plan. Her office is professional and very organized. I have been her patient for almost 20 years and have refused to change insurances to any that she doesn't accept. While I filed for Social Security Disability she stood in my corner, provided medical care for ten years with me paying whatever I could afford and finaly convinced the judge before they would approve me. There is no more caring, supportive doctor out there than Dr. Diana

HER STAFF IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN RUDE/SNOTTY. THE DOC HERSELF SEEM'S TO CARE LESS AND LESS EVERYTIME I GO. I NEVER GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED BECAUSE I'M NOT GIVEN TIME TO ASK THEM!! IVE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS/FRIENDS OF FRIENDS, COMPLAIN OF THE SAME ISSUES. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS.
