This man Jason is honest and trustworthy. I have dealt with many garage door companies before and since he is just one guy with his own business and does not have to answer to any corporate entity, he can make good decisions on your behalf. His costs are extremely reasonable and he doesn't push you into anything you don't need. I am glad that we found Door Jam and we will use their services as long as we have a garage door. I recommend highly.

Had door break on Saturday, we did yellow page search and came across Door Jams and all the reviews were right. He showed up on time and was very friendly. Jason was able to come out the next day and fix our garage door. He didn't try to sell us extra parts or uneeded repairs. Gave us suggestions for possbile future repairs or replacements. My garagedoor opener broke in below zero temp. I called my usual repair company first. They couldn't come out for days. I Searched yp and found door jam and called due to the outstanding ratings. They were right. Jason answered and even asked what the problem was. The Other company over head garage doors did not! He arrived on time, went above and beyond! Reasonable price! I contacted Jason via email with problem. I asked for an estimate and how soon he could come out. He responded quickly with the requested info and offered to come the following day. He also told me how long it would take to fix. Everything went just as he said and it worked out great. I need a new spring and while replacing it, he fixed the bent track. Called Jason about my problem with my broken garage door and he thoroughly explained my options and prices to get it repaired as well as a great warranty. He arrive immediately and on time and fixed the door extremely fast. He also put up and programmed my keyless entry for me. Phenomenal service!!! Highly recommended!!!

Jason came out at 6:45 at night! Same day as I called. He was very profession & reasonably priced. Plus told me about his warranty. He explained everything to me & what had happened. After reading through the reviews and seeing that each one of them rated Door Jam as five stars and praising the work and service, I honestly thought it must be friends and family of the owner just writing the reviews to hype them up. Having selected Jason to install the garage door, I now see that the reviews were right all along. Absolutely great service, the best price around and the quality of what was installed is great. After one of our cars went through our old door, we decided to just replace it with the same model. Now, even though it's the same door, everything works much smoother and is much more secure -- because it was Jason who installed it. Today was our second experience with Jason at Door Jam.



The first time, he installed new garage door openers and did it efficiently and professionally. Great work and no issues. He was on time, installed everything in a timely manner and suggested a few things to make it work even better.



He came back today to install new wheels to each door to help it operate even more quietly. We scheduled the appt on the first try. He was here early and finished the job on time. A neighbor was here at the time and liked his work so he plans to have work done at his house in the near future.
