This business did not inform me of an initial cleanout fee of $130. I was also mislead about how often the lawn would be cut (initially stated every 3 weeks, but then showed up the following week for a second cut. After writing a lengthy (and cordial letter), along with payment at the rate I was initially told, I received a reply stating "If in the future I have the opportunity to warn any other contractors of your obvious stupidity and inability to pay a reasonable rate for professional service, be sure I will." This is highly unprofessional, and I would advise against hiring this business.
